En del året runt, andra i säsong. Granskottsolja, första produkten som blev populär, fick silvermedalj i SM i Mathantverk 2013. Sedan har det rullat på. Med fler oljor, tjärsirap, ramslökskapris, inte minst de unika, guldbelönade prunellerna och fler än 60 produkter till. Växtplatsen ska vårdas: en öppen yta hållas öppen, en skuggig få fortsatt skugga. Högtorp gårds skog, mark och all verksamhet är certifierad för ekologisk matproduktion. Produkterna ska hålla så hög kvalitet som möjligt. Ingen konstgödsel, inga växtgifter.
